Returns Refunds
Size & Colour Exchange Policy
At Wigs2you.com, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you change your mind on the colour after the purchase or the wigs are not in your size, we will be happy to exchange for another colour/size for you, on the following terms and conditions:
- Only exchange of size & colour of Full Wig items is accepted. Refund nor changing of style of wig is not allowed.
- We do not accept cancellation of any orders.
- Conditions where Exchange will not be accepted:
- The item is used; or
- Any piece of the Packaging is broken; or
- The item has been damaged in your possession; or
- The item is not returned within 7 days upon our acceptance for return; or
- The item is returned without a exchange code.
- Exchange is not granted automatically. You need to fill in the Return & Refund Request Form to us via our website prior to the deadline. You will then get the confirmation email from us. Please provide your tracking number in the Return & Refund Request Form.
- You are responsible for the additional charges of larger size($20.00) & the shipping cost for sending wigs back to us.
- We will then ship replacements to you with no further charges.
- We only accept one time of exchange.
Returns & Refunds
In the event that you decide to return an ordered item, please fill in the Return & Refund Request Form within 7 days upon receipt of goods, enclosed a picture of the faulty on your goods together with your invoice number and reasons for return or refund. If your request meets the following conditions for acceptance, we will then issue a refund code, which must be marked on the returned parcel. The returned items should be sent to our local after-sale office by pay-collect.
Conditions for accepting Return / Refund:
- We sent a wrong item to you; or
- The item is already damaged upon receipt; AND
- The item is in new condition, not worn or altered. All packaging, including the box, hang tag, protective net and sideboards, remains intact.
Conditions where Return / Refund will not be accepted:
- The item is used; or
- Any piece of the Packaging is broken; or
- The item has been damaged in your possession; or
- The item is not returned within 7 days upon our acceptance for return; or
- The item is returned without a refund code.
* Sale items are not allowed for Return or Refund.
Replacement orders will be delivered to you, free of charge, within 7 business days upon receipt of returned goods by our office.
Refunds
Upon receipt of returned goods, we will facilitate a refund immediately. However, please be reminded that the refund may not be reflected on the same statement as the transaction will, due to the cut-off date.
wigs2you.com does not accept returns caused by customer's personal reasons, for all wigs are made-to-order, even for the standard size. It is impossible for us to resell again due to hygienic reasons.
*Sale items cannot be returned, refunded or exchanged. All items being returned in accordance with this clause must be safely and securely packaged to avoid damage in transit. We shall not accept an item for refund if it has been damaged in transit or otherwise. We strongly recommend when returning items to us you use recorded or special delivery as we are unable to refund items which are lost in the post. All goods shall remain your responsibility until we receive them.
